Welcome to Hobbee Fusion! This Privacy Policy applies to all of our mobile games, our website, and all related services — together, we call them our "Services". It explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights and choices you have.

By continuing to use our Services after the Effective Date, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Services is also governed by our Terms of Use, which are incorporated into this Privacy Policy by reference, including their provisions on dispute resolution and limitation of liability.

This Privacy Policy is written in English. If we provide translations for your convenience, the English version shall prevail and be legally binding in the event of any discrepancy.

a) Contact information, such as your name, nickname, or email address, provided when you contact support, subscribe to communications, or sign in via a third-party account

b) Account and gameplay data, including your game progress, level, achievements, in-game events and activities, settings, and the unique player ID (User ID) we create for you

c) Third-party login data, if you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook — such as your profile name, email address associated with that account, profile picture, and, where you permit it, your friends list

d) Device and technical data, such as your IP address, device identifiers, device model, operating system and version, language settings, and mobile network information

e) Location data, limited to broad, coarse location (such as country or city) derived from your IP address — we do not collect precise GPS location

f) Purchase and transaction data, including purchase history, transaction identifiers, product purchased, amounts spent, currency, and subscription status. We do not collect or store your credit card or bank details — payments are processed entirely by the platform (Apple App Store, Google Play)

g) Communications and user content, including support tickets, feedback, in-game chat messages, and names you set for yourself or for in-game groups or teams

h) Leaderboard and social data, such as your username, scores, rankings, and event results, which may be visible to other players

i) Analytics data, collected through analytics tools (Google Firebase / Google Analytics, including Firebase Crashlytics), including session information, feature usage, crash logs, and how you interact with our games

j) Advertising and attribution data, including advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA, Google Advertising ID), data about ads viewed or clicked, and install-attribution data collected through our mobile measurement partner, AppsFlyer

k) Push notification data, such as a device push token, if you allow us to send you push notifications. You can turn push notifications off at any time in your device settings

l) Fraud and security data, used to detect and prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, and misuse of our Services

m) Age data, collected where required to comply with applicable laws and to apply age-appropriate protections

n) Other data you choose to provide us, for example through surveys, promotions, or support channels

3. Why We Process Your Data and Our Lawful Bases

We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

a) Contractual necessity — to provide our games and Services, create and maintain your account and game progress, enable cloud save and third-party login, process your purchases and subscriptions, and deliver customer support

b) Legitimate interests — to conduct analytics and research, improve and balance our games, personalise your experience, operate leaderboards and events, ensure security, prevent fraud and cheating, moderate chat and user content, and perform marketing of our own products

c) Legal obligation — to comply with applicable legal requirements, including age verification, consumer protection, tax, and data protection laws

d) Consent — where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent for certain purposes, such as interest-based (targeted) advertising and sharing data with advertising partners. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the in-game settings or by contacting us at privacy@hobbeefusion.com.

4. How We Share Your Data

We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, and we require all service providers to be contractually bound to protect your data and use it only on our instructions:

a) Service providers — hosting, IT infrastructure, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, and content moderation providers

b) Advertising and attribution partners — to deliver in-game advertising, measure ad performance, and attribute app installs. This includes our ad mediation platform (AppLovin MAX), the advertising networks participating in it, and our mobile measurement partner, AppsFlyer. c) Platform providers — such as the Apple App Store and Google Play, to verify purchases, manage subscriptions, and deliver our Services

d) Other players — certain information is visible to other players through in-game features, such as your username, scores and progress on leaderboards, and messages you send in chat. Please do not share personal information in chat or in your username

e) Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers where necessary in the course of the professional services they provide to us

f) Law enforcement and public authorities — where required or permitted by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or ourselves

g) Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the relevant third party as part of that transaction

We do not sell your personal data for money. For information about "sale" and "sharing" as defined under US state privacy laws, see Section 12.

5. International Data Transfers

We operate globally, and your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries that have not been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, we implement appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data. If you create or link an account, we encourage you to keep your login credentials confidential.

7. Advertising

Our games may show third-party advertisements (such as rewarded videos, interstitials, and banners). To deliver and measure these ads, we and our advertising partners may process data including your advertising identifier, IP address, device data, and general location.

Where required by applicable law, we will ask for your consent before using your data for targeted advertising — on iOS through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and in-game through our consent screen (powered by Google's User Messaging Platform). You may withdraw your consent or opt out at any time:

• through the privacy settings in the game
• by resetting or limiting your advertising identifier in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads)
• or by contacting us at privacy@hobbeefusion.com.

Please note that opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads — you may simply see ads that are less relevant to you.

8. Your Rights

Depending on the laws of your country of residence, you may have the right to:

• access your personal data and receive a copy of it
• correct inaccurate personal data
• delete your personal data
• restrict or object to our processing of your personal data
• receive your personal data in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of your rights, please contact us at privacy@hobbeefusion.com or through the game's support feature. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.

We may use automated tools to personalise your experience (for example, adjusting game difficulty or offers), but these processes do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

9. Children's Privacy

Our games are designed to be suitable for players of all ages. If we know that you are under 18, we will ensure that your data is not shared with third parties for marketing or targeted advertising purposes, and you will only be shown non-personalised (contextual) advertising.

Where required by applicable law, we apply age verification measures. We also encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children's use of our Services and to use the parental control features available on their devices and app store accounts (including purchase restrictions).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected personal data from your child in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy or applicable law, please contact us at privacy@hobbeefusion.com and we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, delete the data.

10. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected in connection with providing the Services to you, unless we have a legal right or obligation to retain it for a longer period, or the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, in the case of material changes, provide additional notice (for example, an in-game notification). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

12. Additional Information for US Residents

This section applies to residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws (including California).

Categories collected. In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2, from the sources described in Section 2, for the purposes described in Section 3, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients described in Section 4.

"Sale" and "Sharing". We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics partners to deliver targeted advertising may constitute "sharing" (or a "sale") of personal information — specifically device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, and internet activity — as those terms are defined under certain US state laws. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Your rights. You may have the right to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (including targeted advertising); and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

How to opt out. You can opt out of targeted advertising through the in-game privacy settings or by contacting us at privacy@hobbeefusion.com. Where technically feasible on our website, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser and device.

Authorized agents. You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
